How to add a To Do item

To add a To Do item, click on [Add item]. A new window will open up. In this window you can select a client or a project from your pick lists.

Next, go to the Things To Do box and type in an activity. When this box is active, you have the option of calling the activities pick list by pressing [F3].

Select or type in an activity (you can also do both).

Then pick your priority.

Change the deadline date, if you want, by picking another date from the pull down calendar.

When finished with these selections, click on the right facing triangle, or click on [Done].

After doing this, you will be returned to the program's main window. You will then see that your new To Do item has been added.
